Of Turkish origin, Nur Cihan Coşansu was born in Kirkuk in 1986. After graduating top of her high-school class in 2004, she entered Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine the same year and graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2010.
Nur Cihan (Mimaroğlu) Coşansu is married to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kahraman Coşansu and is a mother of two boys.
Completed her dermatology residency at the Department of Dermatology, Sakarya University Faculty of Medicine.
Completed her compulsory state service at Kastamonu State Hospital and Sakarya Training and Research Hospital.
Worked as a specialist physician at Sakarya Training and Research Hospital, focusing on urticaria, psoriasis, vitiligo, rosacea and acne.
Worked at Dr. Hande Ulusal Clinic and as Assistant Professor at Biruni University Faculty of Medicine.
Was awarded the title of Associate Professor.
